Dlala Thukzin – Kuwe Ft. JNR SA & Sino Msolo

teams up with and on “Kuwe”, a lengthy collaboration from his October 30, 2026 album, Ember. The track is listed as the fourth selection on the 10-song project, released through Dlala Records.

Kuwe is a Zulu word meaning “to you” or “for you”, depending on its use in a sentence. The title gives the collaboration a direct linguistic connection to South Africa, while Sino Msolo’s presence brings a vocalist with an established catalogue of amapiano and soulful dance music appearances into the project.

JNR SA is also part of the production and artist line-up, making this a meeting of performers whose work is connected to South Africa’s dance music industry. Thukzin’s own approach has long involved collaborations across different parts of that scene, with his production moving between gqom, Afro-house, amapiano and 3-step.

His rise includes producing Babes Wodumo’s “Umngan’wami”, followed by successful releases such as “Phuze”, “iPlan” and “Ama Gear”. After Finally Famous Too and his 2026 project Smoothie, this album gives him another platform to work with established South African collaborators.
