Dlala Thukzin – Stop & Go Ft. Froote, Nitefreak & Dj Cliad

The closing position gives the collaboration the final place in the album’s running order, following a project that brings together vocalists, DJs and producers from different corners of South Africa’s dance scene. Nitefreak’s involvement also connects the release with the wider Afro-house and electronic music circuit, while Froote and DJ Cliad complete the featured line-up.

Dlala Thukzin has built his career as a producer and DJ with a sound that moves between gqom, amapiano, Afro-house and 3-step. Born Thuthuka Wandile Zindlovu in Lamontville, Durban, he gained early recognition through Babes Wodumo’s “Umngan’wami” and later established a wider profile with successful records such as “Phuze”, “iPlan” and “Ama Gear”.

His previous album Finally Famous Too won Best Dance Album at the 2025 South African Music Awards, while his 2026 releases have continued to expand his catalogue. Ending this project with Froote, Nitefreak and DJ Cliad gives the album a final collaborative entry and completes a tracklist built around Thukzin’s connections across the dance music industry.
