Ellathecutevoice – Our Father
Nigerian gospel singer Ellathecutevoice turns to a familiar Christian prayer on “Our Father”, a release whose title references the opening words of the Lord’s Prayer. The song sits within a gospel tradition where personal devotion and communal worship often meet through simple, recognisable expressions of faith.
The Lord’s Prayer is rooted in the New Testament, appearing in Matthew 6 and Luke 11, and its language has remained central to Christian worship across denominations. Using its name places the record within a longstanding spiritual framework rather than presenting prayer as an entirely personal invention.
Ellathecutevoice releases music under an independent artist identity, with the song distributed through digital music services. That route allows gospel artists to reach listeners directly without relying solely on traditional church performance circuits or physical distribution.
For listeners who approach gospel music through prayer and devotion, the title establishes a clear spiritual point of reference. Its subject also connects the release to a form of worship familiar across Nigerian churches, where the Lord’s Prayer is regularly recited in congregational settings.
