Deola Rae – Victory Hands Rising

The image is easy to picture. A congregation, hands in the air, after the news they were waiting for finally came. Raised hands are one of the clearest signs of thanks and surrender in a service.

It sits well beside Written Over Me, another Deola Rae release in the same batch. That one talks about the rewrite, this one about the celebration that follows.

A record with a title like this is for the Sunday after the breakthrough, when the whole room stands up together.

Deola Rae comes through with Victory Hands Rising, carrying a joyful gospel atmosphere with uplifting sounds and powerful emotion that feels bright and encouraging.

The music blends steady percussion, soulful vocals and inspiring lyrics that create a warm worship feeling. “Victory Hands Rising” sounds passionate and uplifting while keeping the message simple and easy to follow.
