Check-kid SA – RIP Mngani

October 10, 2026 12:50pm

South African rising talent Check-kid SA dropped a very touching tribute track titled RIP Mngani, bringing deep emotions and a sad Amapiano feeling.

The music uses a slow log drum beat combined with soft piano chords that give it a very respectful mood. The vocals carry so much pain as RIP Mngani tells a sad story about saying goodbye to a very close friend who passed away.

The young producer has been getting a lot of love in his local province for making beats that tell real stories. This new drop shows he can handle heavy topics well and proves his sound is growing bigger every day.

It is a beautiful song that will make you hold onto your loved ones a little tighter tonight.

Stay Tuned and Enjoy!
