Delana Hope – Do We Still Want Jesus
On “Do We Still Want Jesus,” Delana Hope frames the message as a direct question about the place of Jesus in people’s lives. The song appears as the third track on the 20-song gospel album released on October 23, 2026, following an opening built around spiritual renewal and heavenly calling.
The question in the title invites reflection on whether Christian faith remains a genuine priority or has become something people identify with mainly through habit. Rather than presenting the subject as a simple statement, the wording leaves room for listeners to examine their own commitment and reasons for following Jesus.
Delana Hope’s earlier albums include Healing Room, released in November 2025, and God Of My Broken Pieces, released in October 2025. The artist’s recorded work is categorised as gospel and contemporary Christian music, with themes of prayer, spiritual recovery, and belief appearing across the catalogue.
The official biography says the lyrics are written by a person and performed through an AI-generated voice. That creative arrangement is an important part of Delana Hope’s identity, while the question raised in this track connects with the broader Christian focus running through the album.
